The teacher guides their learning choices and resources. Creating a peer evaluation and self evaluation rubrics will provide feedback to ensure accountability. Provide formative assessments "dipstick checks on learning" to determine if the students are on track. Review student journals. Conferences or oral formative assessments with students to determine what they are learning and redirect as necessary. Provide practice time. Make the students responsible for teaching the content as a culminating assessment.
